A. Which carrier do you use?

To ensure your package is delivered safely and on time, we typically choose USPS for shipping. You can easily track the latest updates for your package on the USPS website and get real-time information about its location.

B. My package is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it.

We completely understand your confusion! Sometimes, the carrier may incorrectly mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives. Although this is rare, if you experience this issue, we suggest waiting an additional 1-2 days to see if the package arrives during that time.

If the package still hasn’t arrived after waiting, please contact us at hello@needlespace.com. We will do our best to assist you, and typically, we will file a claim with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

C. I haven’t received my order, and I’m really worried!

We fully understand how you feel, as you are eagerly awaiting your new items for you and your pet! If your package has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us immediately at hello@needlespace.com. We will quickly investigate the issue and help you resolve it.

In most cases, we will communicate with the carrier and file a claim to ensure your package is delivered without further delay.
